Phase II

• Phase II of the study will recruit right-handed participants who have had a stroke affecting the left side of the brain. Participants will complete preliminary screening  questionnaires prior to taking part. They will be given a series of speech tasks to undertake with and without the transcranial magnetic stimulator. A video and audio recording will be taken during these tasks as will monitoring of the muscle activity using an EMG machine.
